Lightly used artist/loaner. I don't remember exactly when I built this. It was pre-pandemic, but barely. I loaned this out to 2 players before the pandemic. Like most of my lacquered guitars, this Geronimo has been given my "Knock-Around" treatment. The lacquer has fine checking/crazing and there is an occasional bump or bruise. This is by design, to give the instrument the vibe of a vintage, well taken care of instrument. When this Geronimo came back after the first loan, there was some mild additional wear, the only thing worth mentioning is the small chip on the back of the instrument, near the output jack. See photos. While this is in the spirit of what a "Knock-Around" is, this particular knock was given to it while in the possession of a player way better than me! As with the last couple of guitars I've posted, I was holding onto this to display at trade shows. I'd love to keep one of each model, but I've got two kids that I'd like to send to college. And the truth about trade shows is that if I ever show at another NAMM, it will be Descendant-centric. These guitars are meant to be played, so it's time to let this one go. While I will continue to build guitars as I have time, my plan is to build what I want, with what I have, when I have time and only when I'm finished will I post them for sale. In 2020 I raised my prices, and a new Geronimo now sells for $3500. FYI.
